Oven: All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only. Pre-heat oven to 220°C / 200°C Fan / Gas Mark 7. Remove from fridge 30 minutes before cooking. Remove from packaging. Remove butter pellet and keep to once side. Pat dry with kitchen paper. Season with salt and pepper. Place on the middle shelf of the oven for:
Rare - 20 minutes @ 220°C / Fan 200°C / Gas Mark 7. then 60 minutes @ 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas Mark 6
Medium - 20 Mins @ 220°C / Fan 200°C / Gas Mark 7. then 85 minutes @ 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas Mark 6
Well Done - 20 mins @ 220°C / Fan 200°C / Gas Mark 7. then 110 Minutes @ 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas Mark 6
Remove from the oven, place the butter pellets on top and rest in foil for 25-30 minutes before carving. Instructions are guidelines only. Booths recommend that all meat products are thoroughly cooked.
