Preparation & Use
Cooking Instructions:
Remove the Beef from the fridge and allow to reach room temperature. Season the Beef with Salt and Pepper on both sides. Roast for 20 minutes at 220°C (200°C fan),then turn the oven down to 160°C (140°C fan). Cook for 20 minutes per 450g for medium or 15 minutes per 450g for rare. Rest the meat for 30 minutes covered on a warm plate.
