Preparation & Use
Cooking Instructions: Oven: Preheat oven to 180ºC. Season chicken with salt and pepper and place in a large roasting tin and loosely cover with foil. Roast for 1 hour and 25 minutes, basting occasionally. 10 minutes before the end of the cooking time, remove the foil to crisp the skin. Ensure the product is piping hot and juices run clear. a minimum core temperature of 72ºC is recommended. Allow the bird to rest for 15 minutes before carving. These are guidelines only, please refer to your oven manual for clarification.
