Cornish Yarg Nettle Covered Cheese (Baby Yarg) 1kg - A nettle wrapped semi hard cheese made from grass rich Cornish milk. Tangy under its natural rind and slightly crumbly in the core, it consistently wins top international awards.

Godminster Organic Vintage Cheddar 1kg - A deliciously smooth and creamy cheese, Godminster’s Vintage Bruton Beauty cheddar is a multi-award-winning cheddar, covered in distinctive burgundy wax. It’s made to a traditional 90-year-old recipe and matured for up to 12 months. It has a rich depth of flavour with a smooth, creamy texture that melts in your mouth – a deliciously moreish flavour with a distinctive crunch of calcium lactate crystals throughout. 

Highland Camembert 2 x 250g - A soft, creamy cheese with a springy, white edible rind. Made by Highland Fine Cheeses in Tain, Scotland, it features a mild, earthy flavour with a hint of sweetness from the local dairy cows' pasteurised milk.

Half Baby Colston Stilton 1kg - The body of the cheese has a complex balance of flavours and is not overpowered by excessive `blue’ notes. It is rich and creamy with a clean, lasting, tangy finish. The cheeses are made by hand to a time honoured recipe and are matured traditionally on pine shelving allowing the golden/brown coat to form naturally. Colston Bassett Dairy was built specifically to produce Stilton cheese by a group of local farmers in 1913, milk is still sourced from some of the same farms and pastures today. The Dairy is situated on the Nottinghamshire/ Leicestershire border in the Vale of Belvoir, an area that has been synonymous with the manufacture of Stilton for centuries.

Coeur De Neufchatel AOP 200g - This cheese looks similar to Camembert, with a dry, white, edible rind, but the taste is saltier and sharper, with a grainy texture. It has the aroma and taste of mushrooms and is rich and slightly yeasty. Neufchâtel cheeses are produced in the artisan way and can take on several forms with the most widespread being the original heart-shape, 'le coeur.' The story goes that the young women of Neufchâtel-en-Bray offered this cheese to their gallant knights during the Hundred Years War. The monks preferred to say that it represented the wings of an angel.  PLEASE NOTE that due to availability issues, the Coeur De Neufchâtel AOP will be replaced with Caws Cenarth Love Heart 200g
