Cricket St Thomas Brie 1kg - Hand turned and traditionally ripened, Cricket St Thomas Brie is a gorgeously creamy soft cheese, with a mild, fresh flavour and soft edible rind. Made in Somerset, using locally sourced cows’ milk.

Half Baby Colston Bassett Stilton 1kg - The body of the cheese has a complex balance of flavours and is not overpowered by excessive `blue’ notes. It is rich and creamy with a clean, lasting, tangy finish. The cheeses are made by hand to a time honoured recipe and are matured traditionally on pine shelving allowing the golden/brown coat to form naturally. Colston Bassett Dairy was built specifically to produce Stilton cheese by a group of local farmers in 1913, milk is still sourced from some of the same farms and pastures today. The Dairy is situated on the Nottinghamshire/ Leicestershire border in the Vale of Belvoir, an area that has been synonymous with the manufacture of Stilton for centuries.

Black Bomber® 400g - The multi-award-winning Black Bomber is a modern classic.  Marrying a deliciously rich flavour with a smooth creaminess, this flagship Cheddar cheese lasts long on the palate and remains demandingly moreish. Made with pasteurised cow’s milk it is encased in decorative black wax. Snowdonia Cheese Company is a family business, founded in North Wales in 2001.

Rosary Goat's Cheese Garlic & Parsley Log 100g (please note that the image shows a Goat's Cheese button rather than the log that will be provided) - the cheese takes its name from the family home of Chris and Clare Moody, ‘The Rosary’ based on the edge of the New Forest in Salisbury.  Fondly named by Chris’ Grandmother who, at the time had a picturesque rose garden. These gorgeous Goats milk logs are handmade and decorated by a small loyal team which includes Chris’ son Daniel who is keen to see the hard work his parents have put into the business carried through to the next generation. Regularly winning awards, you should find the cheese has a light, mousse like texture with a fresh lemony taste with notes of garlic and parsley. 

This selection is best served at room temperature. Enjoy as a Cheese Board with fruit, chutney and biscuits.
